What's Inside

Everything you need in one workspace

No spreadsheets, no juggling tabs. The members area pulls live market data, TTR ratings and the whole day's form into a single screen you can read in seconds — then hands you the tools to build your own bet.

Members Live

A real-time board of every runner with live Betfair back, lay, place and volume, and the TTR rating and fair price right beside the market.

Live Odds Charts

Watch each runner's price drift and firm second-by-second. Spot the money moving before the crowd and time your bet.

Exotics Builder NEW

Trifecta, First Four, Quinella, Exacta, SRM Place, Doubles, Trebles, Quaddies and Multis — pick your runners, see the combinations, the outlay and the flexi before you commit a cent. Build one free →

Learn, the Handbook & the Testing Programme

Eight free guides plus a glossary and a methodology page at /learn — how to read a race card, a speed map, a form line and an exchange price. Members also get the 39-page Handbook (PDF), and every model we've put through the four tests is published — including the ones that failed and why.

AI Race Cards

A written analysis of every race on the day's cards — how our ratings line up against the market, which runners are worth a second look and why, and a separate verdict on each race. Read it on screen or print it for the day.

Pop-out windows NEW

Any race, any form card and any Betfair chart opens in its own window — one window per item, so you can spread the day across a second monitor. Each one reopens where you left it.

Race Day Worksheet

Pin any runner from any meeting onto your own sheet — form record, pace map and the live market together — then print it, print it with the full form, or take it away as CSV.

Race Day HQ

Where the platform is explained: how to read a race card, what every screen does, the full guide library and the record of every model we have tested — including the ones we cut.

Quaddie Builder NEW

Build the last four legs with live TAB & Betfair prices, combos and flexi outlay — plus a full form read on every runner: bankers, value roughies, vulnerable favourites and a race-shape read with a suggested spread on each leg. Build one free →

Staking Calculator

A built-in back / lay / dutch calculator with a flat-stake bankroll tracker, so you can size a bet properly before you place it.

Members Live FLAGSHIP

See the whole market on one live screen

Members Live is the heart of TTR — the whole race day reading itself on one live screen. Every runner, every price, updating in real time, with the model's number sitting beside the market's so you can see where the two disagree and make your own call. Everywhere else this is four subscriptions and a learning curve. Here it's one read.

  • Live back & lay prices straight from Betfair, refreshing under a second — plus the place market, volume and weight of money.
  • TTR rating and fair price beside every runner so you instantly see model vs market.
  • Full UK & Ireland race cards — every runner on every UK & Irish meeting, with the same live Betfair prices, ratings and results as AU & NZ, plus a full form profile on each runner: form figures, OR/RPR/TS, trainer & jockey strike rates and their course & distance records with A/E.
  • UK & IRE bookmaker board — a full odds-comparison grid: every runner a row, all 20+ books a column, top price boxed, with the overlay against Betfair beside it. Decimals or fractions, and a pop-out window for the second monitor.
  • Race-replay highlights from Sky Racing and At The Races, right above the cards.

Live Odds Charts

Read the money before the jump

Every runner gets a live price chart. When a horse is backed off the map or drifts like a balloon, you see it happen — with the TTR fair price on the same axis so you can judge the move yourself.

  • Firmers & drifters colour-coded so the smart money is obvious at a glance.
  • Market vs TTR price overlaid — see exactly where the overlay (value) is.
  • Full price history from market open to jump, not just the current number.
  • Volume spikes flagged so you catch the move as it happens.
  • Market Movers scans every live market across the day and lists what's steaming and what's drifting, with a toast the moment a runner makes a notable move. It's a market-movement alert, not a betting tip — the move is usually priced into the jump.
  • Pop the chart out into its own window and park it on a second screen while you work the cards on the first.

Race Day HQ & Late Mail NEW

Learn the screens, then read the day

Race Day HQ is where the platform is explained — every column, every figure, every tool, in plain English. The Late Mail desk is the other half: pace, people, weather and officialdom for every TAB meeting in AU & NZ, refreshed quietly through the day.

  • Speed maps — predicted settling positions and run styles for every field, on a tab of every race card, with the live price and TTR rating on each runner.
  • Trainer & jockey strike rates on every runner, with hot trainer–jockey combos flagged automatically.
  • Late Mail — weather, track conditions & rail per meeting, plus scratchings, gear changes and steward reports as they land.
  • How to read a race card — the full legend for every cue, rating, price column and pace bar, for both AU/NZ and UK/IRE.
  • Race-replay highlights from At The Races, so you can watch the ones you missed without leaving the page.

AI Race Cards NEW

Every race on the card, written out

Some days you haven't got an hour to sit with the form. AI Race Cards writes the race up for you — a few paragraphs on how the contest shapes, where our figures and the market agree and where they part company, and a separate verdict at the end. It's written analysis, not a spoken segment, and it prints.

  • Every race, every meeting — AU & NZ on one tab, UK & Ireland on the other, race by race down the day.
  • The contenders worked through — our rating, the market price, the recent form and the reasoning behind each, strongest on our figures first.
  • A separate verdict block so the summary is never buried in the middle of a paragraph.
  • Print it out and take the day's races with you.

Quaddie Builder NEW

Build the last four legs with a full form read

The whole quaddie in one place. Every runner in the last four races carries a pure-form strength score — independent of the market price — so you can see the bankers, the value the market has left too long, and the vulnerable favourites to guard against, then build the ticket and see exactly what it costs.

  • ★ Banker, Value & Vulnerable-fav flags on every runner — where the form and the market agree, and where they don't.
  • Barrier, trainer, jockey, last-five and a pace bar under each name, with the TAB and Betfair price side by side.
  • Combos, flexi outlay and a full-ticket cost worked out as you pick — then Print / Save to carry it to your bookie.
  • A read, not a tip — the flags are your starting point; you build the ticket.

Two Screens NEW

Spread the day across both monitors

One screen is never enough on a Saturday. Any race, any form card and any Betfair chart now opens in its own window — one window per item, not one shared window that keeps replacing itself — so you can leave three races open across two monitors and still have the main board in front of you. Each window remembers where you put it and reopens there next time.

  • A window per race, per form card and per chart, all still on the same live prices as the page you opened them from.
  • They reopen where you left them — including on a monitor to the left of, or above, your main screen.
  • The Race Day Worksheet is the same idea for your own shortlist: pin any runner from any meeting onto a sheet, keep it open on the second screen, and work the cards on the first.
  • Print, print with the full form, or take it as CSV — and press Keep on a sheet you want to hold on to, otherwise it clears itself each day.

The Tools

Build your own bet.

A tool shows you the reasoning and lets you overrule it. You pick the runners; the tool shows the form read, the combinations, the outlay and the flexi — and never tells you what to bet. Here's what's on the bench.

A small, defined outlay you decide on before you commit a cent.
Race Day Worksheet
New

Click the violet button on any runner on either Members Live board and it lands on your sheet — form record, track and distance and going splits, trainer and jockey figures, the live Betfair market and the race pace map, all in the one row. Keep it open on a second screen while you work the cards on the first. Print it, print it with the full form, or take it away as CSV. Sheets clear themselves each day unless you press Keep.
The Testing Programme
Research
Every model built here goes through four questions before it goes anywhere near you: was it settled at a real price (Betfair BSP), did it beat a control (simply backing the favourite), was the sample big enough to mean anything, and did it hold out of sample? Most don't survive — and the ones that failed are published with the number that killed them, right alongside the ones still under test. Read the research →
🛠 It's your read — the flags are a starting point, not a tip. Both builders sit on top of the same live data as Members Live: TTR ratings and fair price, speed maps, trainer & jockey strike rates, barriers, going and the live Betfair market. The tool does the arithmetic and lays out the evidence. The decision stays yours.
The Testing Programme THE STANDARD

Four questions every model has to answer

Racing is full of claims and short on evidence. So we published the standard we hold our own work to — four questions, stated plainly enough that you can carry them to any claim you read anywhere. Most of what we build doesn't survive them. We publish those too.

1
Real prices
Was every bet settled at a price you could actually have taken — the official Betfair BSP — or at a number hand-picked after the fact?
2
Against a control
Did it beat simply backing the favourite? A result that matches the favourite isn't a result. One of ours read well for six days before the control caught it.
3
Big enough to mean anything
How many bets? Over a few hundred bets, a small result is indistinguishable from luck. Ask for the number of bets before you look at the percentage.
4
Out of sample
Did it hold on data it had never seen? Anything can be tuned to look good backwards.
🔎 Apply these four to us. Then apply them to everyone else. Every model we've retired is on the research page with what it claimed, what killed it and the number that did it — alongside the ones still under test. Read the research →
The Testing Programme · what we tested, what worked, what didn't

Nothing here assumes you already know

A screen full of columns is no use if nobody tells you what they are. So every figure and every tool is explained in plain English — free and public, before you pay for anything, and again in a handbook you can print and keep beside the screen.

  • Eight free guides at /learn — reading a race card, how an exchange works, speed maps, form lines, trainer & jockey statistics, exotics and flexi, variance and sample size — plus a glossary and a page on how we measure things. No account needed.
  • The longest of the eight is How to Use TTR — the full walkthrough of every column, every figure and every tool on the platform, free to read before you pay for anything: read it now →
  • The Member Handbook — the same material as a 39-page printable PDF, included with membership and with a Race Day Pass: download the PDF →
  • None of it tells you what to bet. It tells you how to read what's in front of you, so the call is yours.

Questions

Good to know

Is this tipping?

No. TTR is a data platform. You get the live market, the ratings, the full form and the tools to work it — then you make your own decisions. Nobody here hands you a runner and asks you to trust them.

Do I need a Betfair account?

The live prices come from the Betfair exchange, so a Betfair account gets you the most out of Members Live. You can still use the ratings, form and tools with any bookmaker.

What does the free trial include?

Everything. Full Members Live with the pop-out windows, the odds charts and Market Movers, AI Race Cards, Race Day HQ and the Late Mail desk — the whole guide library, plus weather, scratchings, gear changes and stewards — the Quaddie Builder and the Exotics Builder, the Race Day Worksheet, the UK & IRE form and bookmaker board, the Member Handbook and the research datasets, for 7 days. Cancel before day 7 and you're not charged.

What's the difference between the $12 Race Day Pass and membership?

Nothing, except how long it lasts. The pass gives you the whole platform for 48 hours — every screen, every tool, the handbook, the lot. It isn't a subscription: there's no renewal and nothing to cancel, so when the 48 hours are up it simply stops. Membership is $49 a month with a 7-day free trial, or $490 a year (two months free, no trial on the yearly plan).

Do I need two monitors?

No — everything works on one screen. But if you have a second one, any race, form card or Betfair chart opens in its own window, and the Race Day Worksheet is built to live over there while you work the cards on your main screen. Each window remembers where you put it.

Is there anything I can look at before I pay?

Yes. The Learn library — eight guides plus a glossary and our methodology — is free and public, as is the full How to Use TTR walkthrough and the research page. You can also build a real ticket in the Exotics Builder or the Quaddie Builder without an account.

How is the testing programme settled?

Honestly, and against a control. Every model we test is settled at the official Betfair Starting Price (BSP) — the price anyone could have taken at the jump — measured against simply backing the favourite, on a sample large enough to mean something, and checked on data it had never seen. No cherry-picked prices, no quietly deleted losers. The models that fail are published with the number that failed them.

Which races are covered?

Thoroughbred racing across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Ireland — drawing on 3,000+ historical races scanned.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in two clicks from your account page. No phone calls, no retention games.
